This Charcuterie/Cutting Board is made with solid walnut on the outside and the inside is quarter sawn white oak. You can order it in different sizes and in all walnut or all white oak versions. We only use premium lumber with lots of character, so your board will be beautiful and unique. We make all our products in the beautiful heartland, Chillicothe, Ohio.
Finish
We finish this board off with food-grade oils. If you are using this as a cutting board, it will periodically need re-oiled. We use Rubio oil finishes, but any food grade oil or bees wax will do the trick.
Juice Groove
The juice groove covers three sides, but if you want it on all four sides, or if you don't want a juice groove at all, just let us know in the notes.
